The Innovation Gateway Marketplace
 

2008 Homeland Security S&T Stakeholders Conference East
 

The Innovation Gateway Marketplace enables registered attendees at the 2008 Homeland Security S&T Stakeholders Conference East to schedule private face-to-face meetings with representatives from a variety of organizations, including the DHS Science & Technology Directorate, industry, academic institutions, and other governmental and non-governmental entities.  These by-appointment-in-advance-only meetings can be used to ask specific questions about homeland security-related science and technology research, to present new and innovative concepts and technologies, or to discuss business issues.  The meetings will take place on Tuesday, June 3, Wednesday, June 4, and Thursday, June 5, in the Exhibition Hall of the 2008 Homeland Security S&T Stakeholders Conference East, in the Ronald Reagan Center, Washington, DC.

A meeting request submitted in advance is required to schedule meetings in the Innovation Gateway Marketplace during the 2008 Homeland Security S&T Stakeholders Conference East.

Marketplace participants are required to submit the requested information in advance to request a meeting. You cannot schedule a meeting on-site during the conference. The representative with whom the participant meets will have read the submitted information in advance, and will be ready for immediate, focused discussion without preliminaries.

Presenting information about products or technologies
If the meeting request is submitted for the purpose of presenting information about a specific product or technology, please fill in the "Company Information" section completely. Please submit a separate meeting request for each individual product or technology. Multiple submissions may be consolidated into a single meeting.

General meeting requests
If the meeting request is submitted for the purpose of asking general questions about homeland security-related science and technology research, to discuss business issues, or other reason not involving presenting information about specific products or technologies, please use the "Abstract" section to state the purpose of the meeting request, and state the questions or general issues to be discussed in the meeting.

Submitting the requested information does not guarantee you will be approved for a meeting. You will be notified via e-mail regarding the status of your meeting request.

Meeting Requests may only be submitted and accepted online via this web page.
After successful submission of your meeting request, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a submission number. Please make note of the submission number, and refer to it in all subsequent correspondence regarding your meeting request.
